| On most all pages
of the RFamilyData website are many
colored navigation bars that
link to other pages or websites. Occasionally, these colored navigation bars don't load with the web page. Usually, this will be on newer computers running WindowsXP. Microsoft and Sun Microsystems settled a lawsuit that resulted in Microsoft no longer supporting the Java Virtual Machine, which these buttons require. Sometimes a file has been corrupted or deleted from your computer that is required. The problem can usually be corrected by downloading new Java files that Microsoft no longer offers or prompts for. Click this line or go to: www.Java.com. The Java Home Page should indicate how to download their program that is free; probably, by clicking the yellow bar in the upper right corner.
